5. Returns and Refunds

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Product Safety and Usage

• Candles are flammable; never leave burning candles unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Follow all burning instructions provided with each product
• Discontinue use if the candle develops excessive soot or tunneling

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
